Schedule of Payments
· All prices published for each tour are Per Person rates.
· $200.00 per person deposit due within seven days of reservation for most events. Additional deposit applies to
any Air Inclusive packages. Special deposits apply to the Super Bowl, Masters & Ryder Cup Golf, and NCAA
Final Four.
· Final payment due 60 days prior to the start of package.
· Separate conditions apply to group bookings of 10 of more people. Subject to 50% deposit within 7 days.
Additional 35% deposit required 10 weeks prior to start of package. Balance due 8 weeks prior to start of package.
· Form of payment accepted include business or cashiers check. Mastercard, Visa, and American Express will be
accepted with a signed UCC form and a 3% administrative fee.
· Make all checks payable to Wharf Travel Services, Inc.
Cancellation and Refunds
· All deposits are non-refundable.
· All reservations canceled more than 60 days from the start of the package are refundable less deposits;
cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the start of the package are non-refundable.
· All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing.
· In the event of cancellation or postponement of a certain event, Wharf Travel Services, Inc. will not be
responsible for accommodations or transportation beyond the scheduled date of the certain event. Wharf Travel
Services, Inc. will provide refunds only to the extent that refunds are available to Wharf Travel Services, Inc.
· No refunds or credits will be given for any reason including but not limited to the following: reduction in group
size; unused tours; unused portion of tours; and reservations canceled due to failure of purchaser to comply with
the terms and conditions listed herein.
· Wharf Travel Services, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, at it's sole option, any reservation. If Wharf Travel
Services, Inc. cancels reservations without cause attributable to purchaser, a full refund will be remitted to the
canceled party.
Tickets to Events
· Wharf Travel Services, Inc. cannot guarantee adjacent seats for more than two (2) people. Odd numbers of
tickets cannot be guaranteed together.
· Event tickets will be issued no later than 1 day prior to the event.
· Wharf Travel Services, Inc. is not responsible for the theft, loss, delay, destruction, or misplacement of any
tickets mailed, express delivered, or theft at will call.
· Tickets only, ticket upgrades and extra hotel nights, if available, would be charged at NET RATES.
Conditions and Requirements
· Wharf Travel Services, Inc. reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal status and alter itinerary.
· Passenger Name List must be received no later than 30 days prior to the start of the package. Any name changes
after 30 days prior to start of the package will be assessed a $25.00 per change administrative fee.
Purchaser acknowledges that Wharf Travel Services, Inc. t/a Benchwarmer Sports is acting as an independent
intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company such as hotel
accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, event tickets and cruises and shall not be responsible for actions or
omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delays, or injury to you or your travel
companions or group members. Wharf Travel Services, Inc. t/a Benchwarmer Sports shall not be responsible for any
injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or
labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or
developments or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the company's control. By embarking upon his/
her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage
against them. Your retention of tickets, vouchers, or booking after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and
an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions of group members. The purchaser,
by engaging the company, acknowledges these conditions and agrees to hold the company blameless in making the
arrangements on his behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from
the suppliers.
