How do I request a reservation? |

You may request a reservation through our website or by calling our offices at (800) 322-6913. If making the request online, go to the package desired, click on the "Reservation Request" button and submit your request. |

How do I confirm a reservation? |

After you request a reservation online or via phone, a Tour Reservation Form will be sent to you for the specific package desired along with any seat upgrade preference requested. This form must be signed and returned with necessary payment to guarantee the reservation. |

Can I modify a package? |

Additional pre or post night stays are typically available. Most of our hotel contracts require a minimum night stay, but otherwise packages can be customized to include/exclude certain elements of the tour. Ticket upgrades are available on most all tours. Please inquire for specific answers to your request. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. To pay by paypal, money order or cashiers check please call us at (800) 322-6913. |

When is payment required? |

If more than 60 days prior to the event, only a deposit is due to guarantee your reservation. Deposit amounts vary depending on the package selected. Full payment is due if you are within 60 days of the trip commencement. |

What is your cancellation policy? |

Because of the "Sold Out" nature of tickets and rooms for premier sports events, our suppliers require non-refundable full payment in advance. Therefore, we are unable refund payments received if you cancel your reservation. |

Do you offer trip cancellation insurance? [Cancellation Insurance] |

We do offer travel insurance through AIG/ Travelguard which would allow cancellation due to medical or certain unforeseen reasons. You may use this link to receive a quote, get a description of coverage and to purchase insurance. |

What happens after I confirm a reservation? |

Once we receive your completed Tour Reservation Form accompanied by the necessary payment, we send you confirmation of your reservations. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your trip, we will send you a complete set of documents. The documents will include a full description of your tour, ticket vouchers and confirmation of all the reservations. |

When do I get the event tickets? |

Tickets are distributed on-site by our Benchwarmer Sports representatives. Your documents will include vouchers as well as full description of when and where your vouchers will be exchanged for your tickets. |

Should I be worried that I won't get the tickets? |

We have one simple, unconditional guarantee...that you will get what we promised, period. We don't have money back guarantees or anything that would leave open the possibility that you may not receive your tickets. We are very proud that in the 19 year history of our company, we have never defaulted on a reservation...not once! |

How does Benchwarmer Sports get tickets? |

For over 19 years, we have developed relationships which enable us to obtain tickets to 'sold out' events. We are not an official box office for any of the events. We are independent sport tour operator that buys and offers tickets to popular worldwide events as part of a package. Tickets are procured at prices above face value and the cost of our packages reflects the cost and difficulty in obtaining the 'sold out' elements of the package.
