The Masters Practice Rounds are held Monday through Wednesday before the start of the The Masters Tournament. During these three days, the players are more relaxed allowing opportunities to interact and take photos. With fewer crowds, you can easily follow your favorite players and enjoy the most beautifully manicured golf course in the world! The unique Par 3 Contest on Wednesday is a highlight. This fun, semi-social event allows you to see legends up close as they skip balls across Ike's pond with their kids as their caddies. The awe-inspiring beauty makes Augusta National the Taj Mahal of golf courses and a place any golf fan should visit at least once.

In 1934 Bobby Jones, along with Clifford Roberts, invited an annual 'gathering of friends.' These elementary beginnings have given birth to a wealth of traditions and history. The U.S. Open Golf Championship returns to the Olympic Club's Lake Course along the Pacific coast, southwest of San Francisco. Opened in 1927, the historical Olympic Club is recognized by the USGA as one of the first 100 golf clubs established in the United States. Hosting the U.S. Open in 1955, 1966, 1987 and 1998, the Lake Course has seen some dramatic and controversial wins! Most recently, the late Payne Stewart gave up a final-round lead and the tournament to Lee Janzen in '98 due to a tricky pin position on the 18th green. Will Tiger Woods or Phil Mickelson regain their games to challenge Rory McIlroy for the title?
